The stated turnaround is an approximate value. 24-48hrs discrepancy might be the case (depending on weekend times, changes, artist picture quality, etc) – so total turnaround for transaction might be 24hrs – 120hrs. We are located in europe/Germany so MET applies

After the checkout you will be redirected to our checkout form where you can submit your information like Artist Name, Material, Sales information, PayPal form codes, etc.

Yes. Although a purchase does not include maintaining of the purchased product. After all files/design files have been delivered the transaction is complete.

No. We always make sure the layouts are compatible with the latest systems and browser versions.

Yes. We will deliver instructions and read me files along with the layout .

No refunds possible.

The delivered Soundclick Code consists of two parts. A.txt and B.txt

A.txt needs to be copy/pasted into the following section:
-> Band Account OVERVIEW -> Edit Page -> Interview -> Introduction to your band

B.txt needs to be copy/pasted into the following section:
-> Band Account OVERVIEW -> VIP Page -> Page Design -> CSS (Advanced) (replace whole code, backup recommended)

Go to -> Band Account OVERVIEW -> Edit Page -> Interview -> Introduction to your band

(search with cmd+f on mac, ctrl+f on pc)

search for keyword: “paypal” : in the main code, you will find your old paypal code. The PayPal code starts with <form> and ends with </form>. Just delete this part and replace it with the new code you have from PayPal.

You will have to delete all spaces and line breaks in the paypal code to make it fit into the box.

You can simply delete it, or replace it with your Video. You can pick the video embed code from your video directly from the Youtube video page. Make sure to change the dimensions of the video so the video box will fit into the layout box – height=”155″ width=”360″ in this case.

search for keyword: “news” : in the main code, you will find the existing news text. You can retype and change the news. Feel free to use HTML tags, eg to make a bold, italic, etc. text.

Yes. The concept is: you send us your picture/s and we replace the existing celebrity Artist picture with yours.

No. Photos made with digital cameras and newer mobile phone cameras are fine as well.

No. Although we recommend to take the celebrity artist pictures poses and perspectives as orientation. We generally recommend to take picture from waist to head with no body parts out of the frame/picture.

Yes. Please let us know a detailed list of changes you want to have and we can calculate a quote for you. A lot of changes are not charged extra so please do not hesitate to email us.

Yes. Please include your color change request in your order. Color changes mentioned upfront can be done for free.

Yes. For post color changes we charge $15.00.
